We are a traditional bakery and confectionery business based in Torrance, a small village next to Kirkintilloch, Glasgow.

Traditionally made using long fermentation processes our rolls are particularly tasty.

Our range of breads are hand crafted and made with white and brown flours. We also produce excellent crusty breads ideal for cutting into chunks and serving with soup

Our scones are renowned for their light fluffy texture and creamy taste

Savouries
We produce the west of Scotland favourites of Pies, sausage rolls and bridies. We also have a new range of tasty savoury products for you to serve to your family for lunch or tea.

Fruit tarts
Fruit tarts are an ideal dessert for the whole family, once you start you just won’t be able to stop.

Teabreads
Our range of traditional teabreads include cookie, iced buns, cream cookies. They make an ideal morning or afternoon snack.

Pastries
Our range of pastries, light and flaky, make for a real treat.

Small Cakes
Our range of traditional confectionery include a lot of old favourites and some new ones. French fancies, pineapple cakes, chocolate crispies, etc. Why not try our new lemon, raspberry, and toffee towers.

Traditional Cakes
We are famous for the quality of our traditional cakes – Cherry, sultana and Madeira. Will keep well to enjoy with tea or coffee as you go through the week.
